"I like people and process" — Jay, probably on LinkedIn. Turns out that's not a weakness.

What I Do

Three ways I
show up.

01 / OPERATIONS

Lean Systems & Training

I design operations that actually survive contact with your team. Lean frameworks, process documentation, workflow automation — built for repeatability, not for slide decks.

02 / DATA

Data Pipelines & Decisions

Messy markets, scattered data, and zero clarity — I've built systems for that. Collectibles, auctions, pricing normalization. The goal is always the same: one source of truth.

03 / BUILD

Systems That Ship

I build products — not prototypes that live in a Notion doc. From collectibles SaaS to browser games written in a single prompt session. If the idea is good, I'll find a way to launch it.

Things I've
actually shipped.

Some built with careful architecture. Some built by telling an AI exactly what to do and refusing to accept a bad output. All of them real.

How I Work

Big picture
thinking.
Ground-level
execution.

I'm a director by nature. I care about why something is built before I care about how. That means I'll push back on scope, question the process, and pressure-test the plan — before a single line of code gets written or a single workflow gets mapped.

The result is less rework, fewer false starts, and systems that actually last.

01
Diagnose the real problem
Most people present symptoms. I find the root cause — whether it's a broken workflow, a data gap, or a team that was never properly trained.
02
Design for humans, not theorists
Systems fail when they're designed for a perfect team that doesn't exist. I build for the actual people doing the actual work.
03
Build lean and ship fast
Overfitted plans don't survive. I scope aggressively, build the minimum useful thing, and iterate with real feedback.
04
Train the team, then leave
A system that requires my ongoing presence is a system that failed. The goal is always capability transfer — not dependency.

Let's solve
something real.

Whether you're hiring, building, or just have a problem that needs a clear-eyed look — reach out. I reply with context and next steps, not a calendar link.
